but were inundated with spam and erroneous submissions
so we recently developed a more formal process for our
listings. We're hopeful that you'll see the benefit in
increased exposure from our more personalized advertising

Our service is designed
for the single unit owner who is looking for increased exposure
for their timeshare. Our service is not intended to be used
by brokers, resorts or other timeshare resale companies. As
our service is absolutely free we feel that it's appropriate
to establish some guidelines to guarantee the quality of our
listings so please review the bulleted list below before deciding
if it's right for you.
- Only one unit at a time per user may be advertised
- Users must provide three images of reasonable quality
of the resort or their unit
- Advertised prices must be within reasonable resale values
- Owners must provide two to three paragraphs of descriptive
text that accurately describes the resort and their unit
- All related information must be included: bedrooms. bathrooms,
week, banked weeks, season, unit type, appx. maintenance
fees, special assessments (if existing), etc.
