our free service we expect you to know and accept the
following terms of service before we will consider your
submission.
By accepting the following terms you will be helping
us maintain a resource worth book marking by prospective
buyers.
After reading and accepting our terms of service you
will be directed to a page where you will be asked to
enter all of the details regarding your Orlando area
timeshare and to upload images so please be prepared
with the appropriate information before proceeding. |

Terms of Service:
- You must be the principle owner of the specific unit,
be prepared and empowered to conduct negotiations.
- You must provide a full and accurate accounting of the
unit, resort, amenities, availability and expenses.
- You are solely responsible for the content of your ad,
TimesharesInOrlando.com cannot be held liable for false
or misleading representations.
- TimesharesInOrlando.com does not act as a representative
to sellers or buyers, we're simply an advertising service
and will, in no way, take any part in presenting offers
or negotiations.
- You agree to respond to all inquiries regarding your timeshare
property.
- You agree to keep current your listing with any modifications
to the property, increases in fees or assessments.
- You agree to notify TimesharesInOrlando.com should your
property be sold so that we may remove it from our listings.
- Properties displayed are at the sole discretion of TimehsaresInOrlando.com
and we reserve the right to remove any listing that we deem
to be inappropriate for our services.
- TimesharesInOrlando.com reserves the right to modify these
terms of service at any time. Any modifications in the terms
of service will supercede any previous versions.
